Recovering an outstanding payment abroad can be difficult, complex and settled depending on the country concerned.

We rely on a solid network of local correspondents on 5 continents. They know the language, the habits & customs, the legislation and sometimes your debtors.

In the vast majority of cases, collection is amicable and the fees are only calculated on the amounts paid directly or with our correspondents. In 99% of cases, there are no application fees.

For some countries, legal recovery may be considered and an estimate or cost estimate will always be submitted to you for approval.
